Pawleys Island, SC is a world of its own. The small beach town is one of the oldest resorts in America. Located just minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and all of the Myrtle Beach tourist attractions, Pawleys Island is a great place to live or vacation.
Pawleys Island Real Estate
Pawleys Island offers many different options when looking at real estate. The actual island is only 4 miles long and has been very popular with tourist and vacationers for many years. The beachs offer public access but are normally not nearly as crowded as the Myrtle Beach area beaches. The area also offers full time affordable housing in condo neighborhoods such as Pawleys Pavilion. Golf course condos at True blue have been popular as weekly rentals as well as year round living.
